Genomics

The Genomics Core Facility is committed to providing quality service by fulfilling the needs of the research community in a consistently rapid, dependable, and economical fashion. Services include automated DNA sequencing, using state-of-the-art instrumentation (ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzers) and the latest protocols to ensure high quality results at reasonable prices. The Facility houses an ABI 7900 HT and a QuantStudio 12K Flex (high through-put real-time PCR systems) and a Biomek2000 liquid handling robot. The Core also provides expertise in Cytogenetics and chromosomal FISH.
